Referring to some current restrictions concerning the travelling and participation in meetings in some European countries, HERCA is announcing that the decision to participate or not in any meeting organized by HERCA or on behalf of HERCA is of each participant’s responsibility. The decision-making process should take into account all relevant circumstances including his/her personal circumstances and the advice for his/her own government and the WHO.
